1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Pakistan): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Pakistan): 1–3 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or when your order meets our minimum spend requirement.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
