At OH Fitters, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return and exchange policy is here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance are non-refundable but may be exchanged if eligible.
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@ohfitters.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s), and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • In the case of an exchange, you may be required to cover the reshipping cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
