1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items purchased during sale or clearance are non-refundable but may be exchanged if eligible.
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team at support@ohfitters.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s), and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- In the case of an exchange, you may be required to cover the reshipping cost.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
